Refund Policy

While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. We offer a 14 day returns policy on all items except 'Made to Order' or 'Bespoke'.

Unfortunately, goods that are 'Made to Order' or 'Bespoke' are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. .

Please email enquiries@lumisonlighting.com stating your reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. In the case of a damaged product, if possible please send us an image for us to send on to quality control.

Please return items within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Goods must be returned securely in their original packaging in a resell-able condition with a copy of your email confirmation order. Failure to do so may mean we cannot authorize a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay your return postage costs, therefore, please note that you are responsible for these costs unless the item is faulty. Please ensure that if you are sending anything back to us that you request a proof of postage as Lumison cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Suppliers may charge a re-stocking fee to return goods. When you contact us about your return, we will let you know if this is the case and what fees may be incurred.

If you have requested a refund, we will refund you, minus the cost of delivery to the original payment method used. This will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement. We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
