Shipping policy

DELIVERY

  • We aim to dispatch all stock items within 5 working days subject to stock availability. If there is a delay beyond these standard delivery terms, we will contact you by email to inform you on the progress of your order.

  • If for any reason you need an item urgently please contact us on 01572 724600 or enquiries@lumisonlighting.co.uk and we will do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible.
  • Please note that Made to Order and Bespoke fittings may take up to 4 weeks.  We will keep you informed by email on the progress of your order.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Orders within the UK Mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland**) cost £15.00 per order.
  • Orders over £300.00 qualify for FREE DELIVERY.
  • You can also pick up your order from our showroom in Oakham, Rutland. We will contact you when it is ready for collection. 
  • Please call us on 01572 724600 for a quote to deliver to destinations outside the UK Mainland** and for International shipping.
