We have two types of appointment available - Lighting Design Consultations and Personal Shopping Appointments.

Are you building a new home or renovating an existing one? Are you unsure where to start with your project? Perhaps you are overwhelmed by the number of decisions you need to make? To overcome these obstacles, and no matter the size of the project, we offer a range of design consultations for clients including those with a limited budget, challenging timescales or those who just need time with a design professional to discuss ideas.

The first stage is a Lighting Design Consultation - a chance for us to get together and talk about your needs and aspirations for your home as well as what a creative lighting scheme can bring to the project. Lighting Design Consultations take place in the showroom, at your home or by video call. The Personal Shopping Appointment gives you a safe shopping experience with exclusive showroom access. Our lighting designers will guide you through our comprehensive range of lighting products and help you to find exactly what you are looking for. With a pre-booked appointment you can browse our lighting collections up close in absolute safety. Appointments are limited to a maximum of two people and the showroom will remain closed to anyone else for the duration of your visit. Please note these appointments are only available after 4.00pm.
