Our goal is to provide you with the best quality lighting at a fair price. We are pleased to offer the Lumison Price Promise and ongoing technical support to make sure you get the most out of your new lighting scheme.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty we are delighted to offer the Lumison Lighting Guarantee Scheme which adds an additional layer of protection and assurance for clients who utilize our Lighting Design Service.
This scheme gives you extra peace of mind that should any issues arise after installation we provide ongoing technical support to make sure you get the most out of your new lighting scheme. Importantly, should a product develop a fault within the first 12 months we will replace and install a new fitting free of charge.
This Guarantee scheme only applies to light fittings purchased through our Lighting Design Service. For full details please read our Terms & Conditions.

At Lumison, we pride ourselves on offering quality lighting at a fair price and want you to feel happy you are getting the best value for money. However, we are very aware that some businesses selling exclusively online or by mail order can create a competitive pricing environment which can have a negative effect on other businesses unable to match these prices.
In spite of this we are pleased to offer 'THE LUMISON LIGHTING PRICE PROMISE' to ensure that our customers receive the finest lighting at the very best prices. Therefore, if you find the same product for less from another UK retailer sold with our same level of service, we will happily look into a price match for you.
Please note, that Price Match is not available for light fittings quoted as part of our lighting design service. These products already have trade discounts applied, and as such, any additional discounts are not applicable.
- The item must be identical - From the same manufacturer, and in the same size, condition and colour.
- The advertised price must include delivery, VAT and any applicable warranty - (excludes ex-display and clearance items)
- Product must be from a comparable retailer with a physical UK store and online presence - This does not include online-only retailers, auction sites or overseas stores.
- The item must be available for delivery within the same timescales.
- This is a like for like service. Our price match compares items fully delivered with equal service conditions.
Your price match is subject to approval and must be submitted before the item is purchased. It is NOT valid retrospectively.
